How does direct booking work?
You contact us via this form or through the Availability & Rates page. We confirm availability within 24 hours and send you a rental contract. No platform, no commission — you deal directly with the owners.
Is the villa in Grimaud, not Port Grimaud?
Villa Lou Bagarède is located in the commune of Grimaud, in a quiet residential area. Port Grimaud is the waterfront lakeside district of the same commune — both are part of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, but they are distinct. The exact address will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
Can I visit the villa before booking?
An on-site visit can be arranged on request, subject to availability and outside rental periods. Virtual tours and additional photos are available on request before any booking.
Can the villa be booked for a weekend or short stay?
Outside peak season (July–August), we welcome stays from 2 nights. During peak season, the villa is generally rented by the week (Saturday to Saturday). Contact us to discuss your project.
Do you offer additional services (private chef, daily housekeeping, airport transfers)?
We can direct you to trusted local service providers for extras: private chef, mid-stay housekeeping, airport transfers, boat hire. Mention your needs in your message and we will suggest contacts.
