Villa Lou Bagarède
Gulf of Saint-Tropez · Grimaud · Provence
A Provençal retreat in the heart of the gulf
Nestled in the verdant hills of Grimaud, within a dense Mediterranean thicket — lou bagarède in the Occitan language — this 340 m² estate embodies the art of Provençal living at its most refined. The Gulf of Saint-Tropez is not a destination you drive to; it is the very territory you inhabit from the moment you arrive.
Six bedrooms, each named after a native plant of the garrigue, welcome up to twelve guests in the comfort of a private manor: the Lavender master suite with its king-size bed, the Mimosa room opening onto the pool, the Olive room framed by the forest. This is a house that rewards those who choose to slow down, savour the evening light, and let the Provençal South come to them.

The Gulf of Saint-Tropez
Between the Maures hills and the Mediterranean's deep blue, the Gulf of Saint-Tropez forms one of Provence's most celebrated landscapes. Villa Lou Bagarède is rooted here, at Grimaud, in the authentic heart of the Var hinterland — minutes from the beaches of Beauvallon, the old harbour of Saint-Tropez, the medieval lanes of Gassin, and the canals of Port Grimaud.
The gulf is experienced in its full breadth from here. Saint-Tropez and its summer vitality, Gassin and its 360° panorama, Ramatuelle and its vineyards, Port Grimaud and its waterways — each village reveals a different facet of this exceptional territory. This is the life the villa was built for.
